Lake Country Lutheran has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 934 points over their last 12 contests.
Even though Milwaukee Lutheran scored an imposing 58 points on Thursday, Lake Country Lutheran still came out on top. Lake Country Lutheran took their contest against Milwaukee Lutheran 71-58.
Sam Hans continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 29 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. He also posted two blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Skrzypchak, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, Brookfield Academy stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat St. Francis 98-56 on the road. The win was familiar territory for Brookfield Academy who now have three in a row.
Lake Country Lutheran is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Brookfield Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 13-1.
Lake Country Lutheran came out on top in a nail-biter against Brookfield Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2023, sneaking past 86-83. Will Lake Country Lutheran repeat their success, or does Brookfield Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
