Albany will take on Grant at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses for Albany and eight for Grant.
It was a hard-fought contest, but Albany had to settle for a 14-24 loss against Archbishop Hannan last Friday. On a positive note, senior Justin Parrish put forth a good effort for the losing side as he picked up 62 yards on the ground and snatched 1 receiving TD. Parrish has now scored at least one touchdown in the past eight games.
Meanwhile, Grant came up short against Buckeye, falling 16-28.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
