BOILING SPRINGS, Pa. - A big 28-point second quarter helped carry the Thunderbolts to a 42-14 victory over
Boiling Springs (Pa.) on Saturday.
Littlestown scored on a defensive touchdown, a touchdown run by
L.J. Miles, a
Dustin DeGroft touchdown run and a touchdown run by
Trevor Hildebrand in the quarter.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Miles in the second quarter, LHS was up 28-7 at the half.
The Thunderbolts grew their lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. Littlestown scored two times in the third, including once on a
Lucas Reynolds touchdown run.
The victory was a completely different match up compared to last season's game between these two teams, which the Bubblers took, 28-0.
