After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chilton County, Foley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Davidson Warriors as they made off with a 13-1 victory. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by six runs or more this season.

Foley got a massive performance out of Bryant Sims, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and three RBI. Those three RBI gave Sims a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Colton Watkins, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Foley's record now sits at 16-10. As for Davidson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Foley has already played their next game, a 5-4 win against Daphne on the 3rd. As for Davidson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 15-8 victory against Williamson on the 31st.
