Lowry is a perfect 10-0 against South Tahoe since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.
In other batting news, Dana Micone was excellent, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Crisslyn Rodriguez also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
Meanwhile, South Tahoe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of Dayton.
South Tahoe's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Lowry, their record is now 6-2.
