If the Flanagan Falcons were riding high off their 48-13 takedown of the Fort Lauderdale Flying L's on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Gabrielle Palmer and D?Naela Myers certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Myers scored a full 45.7% of Flanagan's points, the fifth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Flanagan will be playing in front of their home fans against Everglades at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Everglades will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 487th, while Flanagan is ranked 242nd). Dillard won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Piper at 4:30 p.m. on December 13th. Piper has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
