There's no place like home for ROWVA/Williamsfield, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Princeville Princes on Saturday. Considering the Cougars have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Keagan Gerlach was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Those hits marked the first that he has got this season. Talan Hull was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: ROWVA/Williamsfield kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

ROWVA/Williamsfield's victory bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Princeville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-12-1.
