Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Trinity Leadership). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 105-27 victory over the Gateway Charter Academy Gators. With the Tigers ahead 58-12 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Trinity Leadership's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caron McGee, who went 5 for 12 on his way to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Corbin Jones, who posted eight points in addition to eight steals and six assists.

Gateway Charter Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bobby Williams, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 12 points. Trevion Gabriel was another key player, putting up five points and ten rebounds.

The victory (which was Trinity Leadership's fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-13. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.5 points. As for Gateway Charter Academy, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-5.
