Portland's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Taya Totten, who scored 13 points along with five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Kemiyah Kelsey, who scored nine points along with five assists.
Portland has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Station Camp, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-6.
Portland will look to defend their home court on Friday against LEAD Academy at 6:00 p.m. LEAD Academy is hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses. As for Station Camp, they will head out on the road to challenge White House at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
