Byrnes made off with a 79-56 win. The victory was nothing new for James F. Byrnes as they're now sitting on five straight.

Byrnes' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kayzzin McDowell led the charge by going 6 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 23 points and 0 assists. McDowell has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Colt Fowler was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Catawba Ridge lost, one person who can't be blamed is Lance Barnes. Despite the final result, he scored 23 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds.
