Rise Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Nathaniel Seaborne led the charge by scoring 25 points along with three steals. That's the first time this season that Seaborne scored 15 or more points. Trevonte Atkins was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five steals.
Rise Academy now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Southern Maryland Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
