The Prague Red Devils will head out on the road to challenge the Casady Cyclones at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Prague is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
Last Friday, Prague humbled Meeker with a 59-19 victory. That 40 point margin sets a new team best for Prague this season.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Casady beat Epic Charter 45-39 on Thursday. The victory was all the more spectacular given Casady's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 816th, while Epic Charter is ranked 251st).
Casady can attribute much of their success to Kate Naifeh, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds, and Trinity Boone, who scored 18 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Boone has scored at least a third of Casady's points.
Prague's record now sits at 10-12. As for Casady, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-13 record this season.
