Joe Burrow is expected to be the first player off the board, continuing an incredible eight-month run that has seen him win a national title and the Heisman Trophy after authoring one of the most prolific seasons in college football history.
Burrow threw for 5,671 yards and 60 touchdowns last fall against just six interceptions as LSU went 15-0, dominating the College Football Playoff with lopsided wins over Oklahoma and Clemson.
Despite his slow rise to stardom at the college level, Burrow was certainly no secret coming out of high school. He was considered a Top 300 prospect nationally by 247Sports after throwing for 4,445 yards and 63 touchdowns against just two interceptions in his final season at
Athens (The Plains, Ohio).
Burrow also balled on the hardwood, averaging 19.3 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game for the Bulldogs as a senior.
