Last Friday, Hialeah-Miami Lakes was beaten by Dade Christian 74-33. While losing is never fun, Hialeah-Miami Lakes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 707th, while Dade Christian is ranked 304th).
Meanwhile, Goleman took a serious blow against iMater Charter on Friday, falling 76-48.
Hialeah-Miami Lakes' defeat was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-8. As for Goleman, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
