C. Milton Wright got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kyle Ashman out in front who scored 16 points along with 9 rebounds and 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Larry Thompson, who scored 16 points along with 6 assists.
Meanwhile, Havre de Grace took care of business in their home opener on Thursday (and then some). They claimed a resounding 81-37 win over North Harford at home.
The victory makes it two in a row for C. Milton Wright and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Havre de Grace, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
C. Milton Wright was able to grind out a solid win over Havre de Grace in their previous matchup back in February, winning 66-59. Will C. Milton Wright repeat their success, or does Havre de Grace have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
