Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Lewisburg, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 10-7 win over Milton on Wednesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Green Dragons as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Colin Shannon made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. That stolen base was his first of the season.
In other batting news, Lewisburg got a massive performance out of Landen Wagner, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Lincoln Ayres, who scored three runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-3.

Friday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Danville has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .495. However, it's not like Lewisburg struggles in that department as they've averaged .447. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
