Rochelle was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Harvard on Thursday. The Hubs' pitchers stepped up to hand the Hornets a 13-0 shutout. That looming 13-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Hubs yet this season.

Rochelle is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-19 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Harvard, they dropped their record down to 5-23 with the loss, which was their 12th straight at home.

Looking ahead, Rochelle will welcome DeKalb at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Harvard does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
