Even though the Warren Warriors scored an imposing 58 points on Wednesday, the Linsly Cadets still came out on top. Linsly secured a 63-58 W over Warren. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Linsly also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
When it comes to explaining why Warren lost, one person who can't be blamed is Julian Stadelman. Despite the final result, he scored 26 points. Chase Lupardus was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 7 rebounds.
Linsly's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Warren, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Linsly will take on SPIRE Institute at TBD on Saturday. As for Warren, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Gallia Academy at 8:00 p.m.
