There's no place like home for the Clairton Bears, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Leechburg, posting a 77-41 win at home. That's another feather in the cap for Clairton, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Clairton found their leader in underclassman Taris Wooding, who scored 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Quajon Miller, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Clairton pushed their record up to 10-10 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.3 points per game. As for Leechburg, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
