May River won the last time they faced Whale Branch and things went their way on Saturday too. The Sharks took their matchup with ease, bagging a 76-38 victory over the Warriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Sharks.

Luke McMahon had a dynamite game, going 9-for-16 on his way to 21 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was KJ Ford, who shot 42% from the field to rack up 13 points along with six rebounds and three steals.

May River's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, May River will be taking part in a tournament against Hardeeville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Whale Branch, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Battery Creek at 7:00 p.m. on December 2.
