Meanwhile, North Country Union couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 44-0 heading into the break. Burr & Burton were outperformed in the second half 7-14 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the game. This was the first game for both teams, giving Burr & Burton a 1-0 record and starting North Country Union off at 0-1.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Burr & Burton are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against U-32 next week at 7:00 PM. As for North Country Union, they will face off against Milton.
