Starting off the list is Clovis's Deagan Rose, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Rose threw for 320 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
If the past is any indication, Rose could be in store for another big game when he takes on Salinas on Thursday. Rose threw for 356 yards and five touchdowns the last time he and the Cowboys duked it out back in September of 2023.
