Paradise was beaten by Corning 42-12 on Friday. Paradise was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-0.
Corning's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Geovanni Gonzalez, who rushed for 84 yards and two touchdowns. Devin Williams also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Paradise has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Corning, their win bumped their record up to an identical 3-7.
