It was a good run, but The Dexter Dreadnaughts unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 31-21 to Chelsea. Dexter was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Chelsea apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Chelsea's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyson Hill, who rushed for 193 yards and two touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Anstead, who rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown.
Dexter's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Chelsea, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 8-1.
Dexter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Chelsea is also done with their season.
