The Synergy Magnet K12 Saints lost against the Westwood Panthers back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Synergy Magnet K12 ended up on the wrong side of a rough 78-52 walloping at the hands of Westwood. Synergy Magnet K12 was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-17.
It was another big night for Marvenshy Duroseau, who scored 29 points for Westwood. Those 29 points set a new season-high mark for him. Jordan Crutchfield was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Synergy Magnet K12's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Westwood, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Synergy Magnet K12's road trip will continue as they head out to face Morningside Academy at 5:30 p.m. on December 19th. As for Westwood, they will square off against South Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. South Fork presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Westwood in Florida (South Fork is ranked 164th, while Westwood is ranked 572nd).
