Atascocita has gone a perfect 5-0 against Seven Lakes recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Atascocita Eagles will square off against the Seven Lakes Spartans. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Atascocita is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They put the hurt on Fort Bend Travis with a sharp 74-52 win. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Meanwhile, Seven Lakes waltzed into their matchup on Friday with 17 straight wins... but they left with 18. They breezed past the Texans to the tune of 84-51. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Texans are ranked 294th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Atascocita's victory bumped their record up to 28-4. As for Seven Lakes, their win bumped their record up to 32-5.

Atascocita was able to grind out a solid victory over Seven Lakes when the teams last played back in November of 2024, winning 78-71. Will Atascocita repeat their success, or does Seven Lakes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
