In what's become a running theme this season, the Dunbar Crimson Tide gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past Bell 75-5 at home. The victory was nothing new for Dunbar as they're now sitting on six straight.
Emorean Thomas continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 25 points and nine rebounds. She also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was Kirstin Holt, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Dunbar is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a massive bump to their 15-9 record this season. As for Bell, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
Dunbar will look to defend their home court on Monday against Bard at 5:30 p.m. Bard comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 18 points in their last seven games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. Bell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
