Loreauville will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Jeanerette at 7:00 PM. Loreauville come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
Loreauville took a serious blow against Welsh last week, falling 6-55. Loreauville were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-41.
Meanwhile, Jeanerette's and Abbeville's game was up for grabs at halftime, but Jeanerette were thoroughly outmatched in the second half. Jeanerette found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 20-50 punch to the gut against Abbeville. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Jeanerette.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend.
