The Seminary Bulldogs lost against the Magee Trojans back in October of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Seminary and Magee were almost perfectly matched up, but Seminary suffered an agonizing 16-15 defeat. Seminary has struggled against Magee recently, as their match on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Magee got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jeremiah Cole out in front who picked up 124 receiving yards and a touchdown. Kendal Middleton also helped out by tossing the rock for 252 yards.
Seminary's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Magee, their victory bumped their record up to 3-7.
Seminary will head out on the road to face off against West Marion at 9:55 p.m. on November 3rd. West Marion will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Magee, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Perry Central at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd.
