The Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles stacked an 11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by Davidson Academy on the road to the tune of 65-33. Winning may never get old, but Ezell-Harding Christian sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Blake Dean was his usual excellent self, scoring 21 points. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last ten games he's played. Zay Bridges was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Ezell-Harding Christian is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Davidson Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-13.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ezell-Harding Christian and Friendship Christian will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. One thing working in Friendship Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last ten games. As for Davidson Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Clarksville Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Clarksville Academy will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive.
