Reynolds dropped down to 6-9 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Central Catholic Rams by a score of 3-2. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rams earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

As for Central Catholic, they now have a winning record of 8-7. The victory was a breath of fresh air for they as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

For Central Catholic's part, the team relied heavily on Sam Smith, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. Smith has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last seven times he's played.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Reynolds is set to take on their familiar foe Barlow at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Central Catholic will face off against rival Sandy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
