The Northwest Jaguars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 77-14 loss at the hands of Seneca Valley. Northwest has not had much luck with Seneca Valley recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Jayden Addison was her usual excellent self, scoring 20 points along with seven steals and six assists for Seneca Valley. Those 20 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Nia Hall, who scored ten points along with seven assists and five steals.
Northwest bumped their record down to 1-3 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.0 points per game. As for Seneca Valley, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
Northwest is on the road again on Thursday and play against Clarksburg on December 21st. Clarksburg has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 186 points over their last three games. As for Seneca Valley, they will head out on the road to face off against Quince Orchard at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Quince Orchard focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 last Friday.
