Cadillac won the last time they faced Midland and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Cadillac Vikings came out on top against the Midland Chemics by a score of 52-41. Given the Vikings' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 61st in Michigan, while the Chemics are ranked 448th in Michigan), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cadillac has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.6 points over those games. Midland's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18.

Looking ahead, Cadillac will take on Mt. Pleasant in a tournament on Friday. Midland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
