Western Michigan Christian let  Quint Menefee and  Caleb McKay run wild. Menefee  scored a  run while going 2-for-3, while  McKay  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Alex Wagenmaker, who  went 1-for-2 with two  RBI.
 Western Michigan Christian  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .520. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Zion Christian only posted  an  OBP of  .250.
Western Michigan Christian's record is now 2-0. As for Zion Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Western Michigan Christian is headed away from home for the first time to  square off against  Unity Christian  at 4:00  p.m.  on  the 31st. As for Zion Christian, they will face off against Calvin Christian at 4:15  p.m.  on Tuesday.
