 Back at the plate, Orange Cove got a  massive  performance out of  Miah Lopez, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4.  Star Elizondo was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.
 Summit Charter Collegiate Academy lost  16-3 to Orosi on Monday. That's two games in a row now that Summit Charter Collegiate Academy has lost by  exactly 13  runs.
 Orange Cove pushed their record up to 18-9 with that  win, which was their eighth straight  at home. As for Summit Charter Collegiate Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.
 Orange Cove took their  victory against Summit Charter Collegiate Academy  when the teams last played  back in April by a conclusive  12-0.
