Sissonville is 8-2 against Scott since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Indians will be playing in front of their home fans against the Skyhawks at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Sissonville 2.6, Scott 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Sissonville is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over Ritchie County on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won four games by nine runs or more so far this season.
Maddox Balog spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up 15 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
