Alexis Phillips was her usual excellent self, scoring 14 points along with 6 steals and 5 assists. Ashley Grant was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Gadsden City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Jacksonville, their win bumped their record up to 1-4.
Keep an eye on the arc in Monday's matchup: Gadsden City have made nailing deep shots look easy this year this season, having only averaged 4.3 threes per game. It's a different story for Jacksonville, though, as they've been averaging only 4.4 per game. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
