Whitman won against Walter Johnson last Wednesday with 57 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Whitman Vikings blew past the Gaithersburg Trojans 57-36. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 21 points or more this season.

Whitman is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Gaithersburg, they dropped their record down to 6-7 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Whitman will welcome Seneca Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Seneca Valley has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Gaithersburg, they will face off against Poolesville on Tuesday.
