Metrolina Christian Academy had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Cuthbertson Cavaliers 3-0. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on six straight dating back to last season.
While Metrolina Christian Academy might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Cuthbertson scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-18, 25-22.
Tyler Gadd paced Metrolina Christian Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Gadd got some help from Daniel Titherington and his 13 assists. Matthew Wilson controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.
