The IMater Charter Knights will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Archbishop Carroll Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m.
Last Monday, iMater Charter came up short against Key West and fell 61-52.
Meanwhile, it may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Archbishop Carroll ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Palmer Trinity 66-63. The win was just what Archbishop Carroll needed coming off of a 71-44 defeat in their prior contest.
Archbishop Carroll's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Luka Vlahovic, who scored 24 points along with six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Diego Astudillo, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds.
IMater Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Archbishop Carroll, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12.
