This was a revenge contest for Pensacola Christian Academy, as the team was forced to settle for a 78-66 defeat when these two played two weeks ago.
Quincy Williams was his usual excellent self, scoring 30 points along with five rebounds and four steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Pensacola Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Johnson, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds.
Pensacola Christian Academy pushed their record up to 11-10 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Laurel Hill, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.
Pensacola Christian Academy and the Marauders will face off at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Maclay is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak. As for Laurel Hill, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Florida (Freeport is ranked 605th, while the Hoboes are ranked 583rd).
