Lima Senior is a perfect 4-0 against Bowsher since August of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Spartans will be playing at home against the BlueRacers at 7:00 p.m. Lima Senior knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Bowsher likes a good challenge.

Lima Senior's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ja'Niaus Avanti K'Mere Hall led the charge by throwing for 363 yards and four TDs, while also rushing for 104 yards on only nine carries. Avanti K'Mere Hall has become a key player for Lima Senior: the team is undefeated when he posts at least 250 passing yards, but 1-2 otherwise. Amontrae Davis was Avanti K'Mere Hall's top target, picking up 130 receiving yards and one score, while also rushing for 40 yards and one touchdown.
Lima Senior didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Jay Jones. Jay'Von Batts was another major factor on D, picking up a sack, forcing one fumble, and making seven total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Meanwhile, Bowsher was able to grind out a solid win over Scott on Thursday, taking the game 14-6.
Bowsher found their leader in sophomore Noah Eze, who picked up 86 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.
Bowsher's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB eight times. The heavy lifting was done by Christopher Morehead and Ezreal Burrell Smith, who racked up all eight sacks between them.
Lima Senior has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.2 points over those games. As for Bowsher, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's contest: Lima Senior has been excellent in the air this season, having averaged 288.7 passing yards per game. It's a different story for Bowsher, though, as they've been averaging only 80.7 passing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant passing game?
Everything came up roses for Lima Senior against Bowsher when the teams last played back in September of 2024, as the team secured a 51-14 victory. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the BlueRacers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
