Hamilton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 9-6 victory over the Curry Yellowjackets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-1 last Tuesday.

Hamilton's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Curry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will square off against Hackleburg at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Curry, they will challenge Corner at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Yellowjackets their first taste of in-conference action this season.
