Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Central). They blew past the New Washington Mustangs 83-41 on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rebels also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

South Central pushed their record up to 9-11 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for New Washington, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Central will host Rock Creek Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. New Washington has already played their next matchup (against Crothersville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
