The win bumped Newman Catholic's record up to 2-1. Nashua-Plainfield are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Newman Catholic will stay at home next week against Central Springs at 7:00 PM. As for Nashua-Plainfield, they will face off against West Fork. Nashua-Plainfield come in off of 3 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
