Southwestern Heights took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Stanton County, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, in a tight match that could have gone either way, Stanton County made off with a 50-49 victory over the Wildcats.
The match pitted two dominant players against one another in Avery Scott and Bella Brillhart. Scott had a great game and dropped a double-double on 20 points and 15 rebounds. Meanwhile, Brillhart was balling out in the loss, scoring 18 points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Southwestern Heights was the victim of a tough 52-28 loss at the hands of the Broncs on Tuesday. Southwestern Heights has not had much luck with the Broncs recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Stanton County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Southwestern Heights, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6.
