Imhotep Charter is 6-0 against Simon Gratz since September of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Imhotep Charter Panthers will look to defend their home field against the Simon Gratz Bulldogs at 1:00 p.m. Imhotep Charter will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.
Last Saturday, Imhotep Charter got themselves on the board against Olney, but Olney never followed suit. They really took it to the Trojans for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-0 victory on the road. The result was nothing new for Imhotep Charter, who have now won five contests by 35 points or more so far this season.
Among those leading the charge was Jabree Wallace- Coleman, who rushed for 97 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries. Ronell Word was another major influence, as he rushed for six yards and ran in a TD.
Simon Gratz fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top against John Bartram by a score of 22-14 on Friday.
Their wins bumped Imhotep Charter to 8-0 and Simon Gratz to 3-5.
