Pullman has gone a perfect 6-0 against North Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Greyhounds will look to defend their home field against the Wolfpack at 12:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
North Central will be up against a hot Pullman team: the squad just extended their winning streak to four. The Greyhounds came out on top against East Valley by a score of 17-13 on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Greyhounds have won by exactly four runs.
Bailee Randall was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over 5.1 innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with four runs, three RBI, and one triple. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2025.

In other batting news, Taylor Cromie was incredible, going a perfect 5-for-5 with one home run, five runs, and four RBI. Those five hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sophie Collins, who went 2-for-5 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
Pullman was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .367 or higher in four consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, North Central scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against Rogers, falling 27-11.
Pullman's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for North Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.
Pullman got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March against North Central by a conclusive 24-3 score. Will the Greyhounds repeat their success, or do the Wolfpack have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
