South Delta were successful in their last outing against Riverside, and they didn't afford Riverside any payback this time around. South Delta captured a comfortable 28-8 victory over Riverside. The success made it back-to-back wins for South Delta.
The win got South Delta back to even at 3-3. The defeat dropped Riverside's record to 1-5.
Next week South Delta take on West Bolivar at WEST BOLIVAR HS at 7:00 PM. As for Riverside, they will face off against West Tallahatchie. Riverside have seen their point totals decreasing over the past three games, a vulnerability West Tallahatchie are surely hoping to exploit.
