Campbell have had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 42-10 margin over Dan River. Followers of Campbell probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected three blowout victories. The matchup pushed Dan River down to 3-5 and pulled Campbell up to the reverse at 5-3.
After their clash against one another, the teams are taking a break from conference action in their upcoming games. Campbell will square off against Thomas Jefferson at 12:00 PM next week. These teams both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games. As for Dan River, they will face off against Martinsville. Martinsville are limping into the game on a six-game losing streak.
